If you're here, it means something's off...
It doesn't mean you're broken or aren't doing the work, it just means something isn't working like you need it to.
I get it, I've been there.
You do the work in therapy (if you needed it), but the insight only goes so far. This isn't laziness.
The political shit happening feels hard, but feels like there's nothing you can do about it.
Daily pressures don't go away and you end up feeling numb, distracted, doomscrolling, and not knowing what else to do.

It doesn't have to stay that way.
You Know Your Patterns. So Why Are You Still Stuck?
You understand your parts. You've learned the skills. You can articulate exactly why you do what you do. But when chaos hits—and it always does—you find yourself right back in the same patterns.
Not because you're broken. Not because you didn't work hard enough. But because you were taught that understanding = fixing, and fixing = being done.
What if you don't need to be fixed? What if you just need someone who stays?
This Isn't Traditional Coaching. It Isn't Therapy Either.
This is IFS-informed coaching for everyday life. Using Internal Family Systems principles, you'll learn to work WITH the parts of you that are trying to protect you - not against them. You're not broken. You've just learned survival strategies that don't work anymore. We help you recognize when protective parts are driving, understand what they need, and respond from your Self instead.
Sail Through Chaos is ongoing support that shows up when you need it—not just when it's convenient for a program timeline.
Here's what that actually means:
Monthly 1:1 sessions with a professional who specializes in trauma, gender-affirming care, understands neurodivergence, and has been there.
Monthly Group sessions where you're not alone in navigating the chaos—and where toxic positivity isn't welcome
Active guidance between sessions - As you work through activities tailored to your goals, I review what you share, ask questions, and help you adjust based on what's actually working in your life (weekdays, 24-hour turnaround). This is where the real work happens - where clients make connections and things start to click. Not homework review, but ongoing partnership while you're actually living your life.
Customized exercises and support that meet you where you are—not where some cookie-cutter program thinks you should be
A community of people who get it, moderated by someone who won't disappear when things get hard
The Metaphor That Makes It Click:
Think of it like this: You're the captain of your ship. Your parts are the crew. I'm the lighthouse—constant, reliable, helping you navigate.
Not fixing the storm. Not promising calm seas. Just... navigating.
Meeting you where you are. Staying as long as you need.
What your first month looks like
Week 1: Getting Clear You'll complete an initial assessment and get some activities to help you see where you are - your values, what needs attention, where boundaries are missing. Before our first session (scheduled within your first week), you'll have a clearer picture of what patterns are running.
First Session: We dig into what you've discovered and identify the parts that have been getting in the way. Questions like: "When you've tried to change this before, what stopped you?" "What's that like in your body?" "What do you feel like that part of you is telling you?"
Weeks 2-4: Support That Fits Your Life I create a customized program based on our session - specific activities and prompts tailored to what you're working on. You work through these at your own pace, when it fits your life. When you share what you're noticing, I respond with guidance, questions, and adjustments.
Second Session: We review progress, expand the parts work, and address what's still getting in the way.
By End of Month 1: You're noticing when parts are active in daily life. You're using different language - "a part of me feels anxious" instead of "I'm anxious." You have clearer insight into what's been missing.
Then we keep going - because this isn't a 30-day program, it's ongoing support as you actually live your life.
Commitment: 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
